Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing elective lower segment caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
2.Patients of ASA grade 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients refusing regional anaesthesia
2.Allergy to study drug
3.Emergency surgery
4.Pateints with significant cardiovascular ,renal,hepatic diseases and thyroid disease
5.contraindication to spinal anaesthesia such as spinal deformity,infection at injection site ,space occupying lesions of brain and hypovolemia
