- •> 20% lifetime risk of developing breast cancer (e.g. due to germline mutations such as BRCA1 or BRCA2)
- •- Previous DCIS/invasive breast cancer
- •- Female = 18 years of all ethnic backgrounds

- •- Bilateral breast reduction with nipple graft
