简要总结
We want to administer an experimental acute fatigue protocol (100 countermovement jumps) to male and female sports players. We will assess the outcome parameters by examining changes in muscle recruitment patterns of the rectus abdominis, erector spinae, lateral biceps femoris, and rectus femoris. Additionally, we will evaluate kinetic parameters such as force, velocity, and time before and after the fatigue protocol during squat and countermovement jump exercises.
