Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Nurse who is currently on the roll book of Kasturba Hospital Manipal
  • \-Age between 22 and 45 years
  • \-Registered in any State Nursing Council
  • \-Female Gender
  • \-Willingness to join in the prescribed training program

Exclusion Criteria

  • \-Auxiliary Nurse midwives
  • \-Nurses working in OPD
  • \-Nurses working in Operation theatre
  • \-Nurses who are above the level of the ward in charge
  • \-Nurses who are terminating their service within an year
