Inclusion Criteria
- •Nurse who is currently on the roll book of Kasturba Hospital Manipal
- •\-Age between 22 and 45 years
- •\-Registered in any State Nursing Council
- •\-Female Gender
- •\-Willingness to join in the prescribed training program
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Auxiliary Nurse midwives
- •\-Nurses working in OPD
- •\-Nurses working in Operation theatre
- •\-Nurses who are above the level of the ward in charge
- •\-Nurses who are terminating their service within an year
