Inclusion Criteria
1) Both genders
2) Age group - 5 to 18 years
3) Subjects with moderate to severe nutritional status
4) Subjects diagnosed with renal insufficiency (using GFR rate)
5)Subjects willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Subjects who are not willing to sign informed consent.
2) Subjects who are not willing to give blood sample.
3) Adult subjects with renal insufficiency.
4) Pediatric subjects with severe co morbid conditions.
