Inclusion Criteria
1. Willing to participate in study
2. Women receiving the first IVF cycle
Exclusion Criteria
1.Subjects who were diagnosed with severe neurological or psychiatric illness,
2. Not willing to participate/ follow up
3. Donor oocyte programme
4. Any factor prognosticating poor outcome at IVF
a. Poor ovarian reserves
b. Adverse uterine conditions affecting implantation- thin endometrium,adenomyosis, severe intra-uterine adhesions
c. Severe male factor mandating surgical sperm retrieval
5. Deemed ready to participate by their physician.
