Diagnosis of primary osteoarthritis of the knee.
-Radiological evidence of knee. osteoarthritis(Grade II/III on (Kellgren–Lawrence grading system).
-Persistent pain in the target knee despite conservative treatments.
-secondary osteoarthritis of the target knee
-Grade IV radiographic stage osteoarthritis (Kellgren–Lawrence grading system)
-Signs of septic arthritis of knee joint
-Surgery in the knee within the past six months
-Systemic or intra-articular injection of corticosteroids/hyaluronic acid in target knee joint within three months before recruiting
