Inclusion Criteria
Post menopausal women aged 40-50years of age
Exclusion Criteria
Acute cardiovascular events in past 1month, unstable cardiac diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, undergoing psychotropic medications, hormone replacement therapy, consuming birth control pills, diagnosed with orthopedic problems that restrict ambulation, absolute bed rest
