Inclusion Criteria

1. Diagnosis of stuttering
2. Stuttering over 2% Syllables Stuttered (SS)
3. Over 18 years of age

Exclusion Criteria

1. Less than 2% SS
2. Unable to attend weekly clinic for three months
3. Received therapy for stuttering in previous 12 months

Primary Outcome Measures

1. Percentage of syllables stuttered measured at one day pre-treatment and at 1 day, 6 months, and 12 months post-treatment, as well as 12 months post-randomisation<br>2. Calculation of mean stuttering<br>3. Severity scores (SEV scale), reported by the participant in the week prior to collection of each data point
