· A person who feels this sensation in a soft bunch of shoulders
· A person with mild pain in the normal range of motion of the shoulder
? Patients who have had surgery on the scapula
? Patients with chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes
? Patients who have habitual shoulder dislocation
? Patients who have structural problems (fractures) of the shoulder joint itself
? Patients who suffer severe pain during rest
? Patients who are on rheumatism, osteoporosis, and steroid treatment
? Patients who have mental illness
? Patients who have limited Joint movement (flection: below 60 degrees, abduction: below 60 degrees, external rotation: below 20 degrees, internal rotation: below 30 degree(less than 1/3 of normal range))
? Patients who have bursitis or central or peripheral nerve problems
In the case of exclusion criteria, the patient was diagnosed with scapula disease and mental illness while receiving medical treatments in hospital, and it includes pain as a subjective measure when they feel unsuitable for shoulder-related exercise.
In order to minimize the infringement of personal privacy information, the medical examination of the exclusion criteria will be confirmed that those who want to participated will inquire about relative parts.
In addition, when the joint motion of their shoulders by itself is judged to be a problem and, when the value measured using the joint goniometer (Baseline 12-1000-25 Plastic Goniometer, USA, With the research director) is below 60 degrees of flection, below 60 degrees of abduction, below 20 degrees outside rotation and below 30 degrees inside rotation (less than 1/3 of normal range) as an exclusion criteria, the patient cannot participate in this study.
