Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All male patients between 18 to 65 years with primary unilateral uncomplicated inguinal hernia shall be included in study
Exclusion Criteria
- •a. Patients with Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), Epididymitis
- •b. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Chronic cough, Coagulopathy, Constipation, Morbid obesity
- •c. Previous surgery in inguinal scrotal region
- •d. Conditions predisposing to immunosuppression DM, steroids, chronic renal failure
- •e. Collagen vascular disorder
