Inclusion Criteria
Systolic blood pressure between 125 and 140 mmHg without medical treatment
BMI between 19 and 32 kg/m2
Non-smoker
Exclusion Criteria
Polyphenol high diet ( = 5 portions of vegetables or fruits per day)
Intake of blood pressure lowering medication, statins or disturbing supplements

Name Time Method reduction of systolic blood pressure (average out of seven days measured at home) after 16 weeks of supplementation
