Inclusion Criteria
(1) rotational ankle fractures which were needed surgery (2) osteochondral lesion on arthriscopic evaluation (lesion Berndt and Harty more than stage 3) (3) available more than 2 years of follow up, (4) patients who agree informed consents.
Exclusion Criteria
(1) patients who have comboned low limb fracture (2) prior history of fracture or sugery on affected ankle (3) open fracture or soft tissue injury (4) osteoarthritis on affected ankle (5) immature skeletal bone
