1 Primipara and multipara patients who were delivered vaginally with episiotomy will be selected 2 Patient between ages 18 to 35 years will be selected 3 No history of disease impaired wound healing 4 The patient who ready to sign the informed written consent form will be included only
1 Patients in the age group < 18 and > 35 year 2
Patients with history of IDDM congenital bleeding disorders etc 3 Patients having other systemic pathology TB HIV HBsAg etc 4
Severe anemia less then 7 gm Hb
