Inclusion Criteria
Acute Spinal cord injury (less than or equal to 5 days)
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects with known risk factors of DVT i.e. those with previous history of DVT, chronic venous insufficiency, stroke, varicose veins, large malignancy, renal insufficiency, recent myocardial infarction, heart failure, those taking oral contraceptive pills or steroids or hormonal drugs or anticoagulant drugs,
