- •no personal/family hx thrombophilia
- •english speaking
- •no anti-coagulation for other reasons
- •no acute clotting problem
- •undergoing elective total knee replacement surgery
排除标准
- •age <18, >90
- •known history of thrombophilia
- •already on anti-coagulation
- •active malignancy or bleeding disorders
- •unfit to undergo surgical procedure (TKR)
