1. permanent first molars in upper or lower arch that
1.1 deep pit and fissure
1.2 ICDAS 0-2
1.3 no history of sealant or any restoration
2. children with cooperative behavior and consent for treatment
1. Dental cavitated caries ICDAS 3-6
2. Present of proximal caries that should be restore
3. enamel hypoplasia or fluorosis
4. partial eruption tooth and no adequate to control the moisture
5. Present of restorations or prior sealants on the teeth
6. permanent first molars in the same arch but very difference in anatomy
7. uncooperative children
