入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Healthy children (male and female) aged 6-8 years.
- •2) Co-operative children with Frankel behaviour rating scale (FBRS) score of 3 or 4.
- •3) Children with completely erupted first permanent molars with deep pits and fissures.
- •4) Children with DMFT/dmft score < 3 and OHI – S score < 3.
排除标准
- •1)Children with bruxism or parafunctional habits.
- •2)Children with enamel hypoplasia, dental flurosis and caries on first permanent molars.
- •3)Children who have received topical fluoride or fissure sealant application earlier.
- •4)Children on antibiotics or long term medications.
