Inclusion Criteria
•Patient presenting with signs and symptoms of Shushkakshipaka and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction.
Best corrected Visual acuity- 6/9 and above & N6 both eyes.
Patient fit for Anjana karma and Ghrit pana.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient having best corrected visual acuity <6/9 & N6.
Patient suffering from Aqueous deficiency dry eye and other causes of EDE (evaporative dry eye).
Patient having infective anterior segment disorders
Patients suffering from specific eye lid disorders like ectropion, entropion, anterior blephritis ,tumors, skin allergies (acne rosacae), lagophthalmous and having previous Lid Surgeries.
Patient with Systemic disorders eg.DM, HTN, RA, Heart disease and hyperlipidemia.
Patient who are unfit for Anjana karma and Ghritapana.
