入选标准
- •Subjects will be eligible if they have a clinical diagnosis of first or recurrent chronic stroke (>6 months); are > 18 years of age; are inactive or insufficiently active based on the standards of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention adjusted activity scores on Human Activity Profile (HAP) under 74 (inactive or moderately active) and have medical permission.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria will be cognitive impairments; as determined by the Mini-Mental State Exam cut-off scores; language impairments (comprehensive aphasia) and pain and/ or other adverse health conditions that might affect their performance in the intervention. Patients who use drugs or who have inflammatory or autoimmune diseases that may interfere with the concentrations of inflammatory mediators or neurotrophins will be excluded.
