Inclusion Criteria
1. Has respiratory symptoms such as chronic cough more than 1 month, recurrent pneumonia, aspiration pneumoina, stridor, uncontrolled asthma, vocal cord inflammation, chronic sinusitis, persistent allergic rhinitis
2. Age 1 month to 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Unaccepted applying research by his/herself or their parents
2. Has been diagnosis cause of the symptoms already
3. Has received drugs such as proton pump inhibitors or prokinetics as current medications
