Inclusion Criteria
All pediatric ALF patient ( < 18 years) who underwent LDLT between March 2010 â?? March 2020 in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi.
Exclusion Criteria
Chronic liver disease and patients with acute on chronic liver failure will be excluded. Patients whose complete data is not available will also be excluded from our study

Name Time Method To compare the total intraoperative amount of crystalloids and colloids administered in plasmapheresis and non plasmapheresis group <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 48 hours;To compare the total intraoperative blood products administered in plasmapheresis and non plasmapheresis group <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 48 hours;To compare ICU and total hospital stay in two groupsTimepoint: 60 days;To compare the amount of phenylephrine and adrenaline administered during reperfusion of the liver to maintain hemodynamics in between the two groupsTimepoint: 48 hours;To compare the difference in time of extubation in two groupsTimepoint: seven postoperative days;To compare the intraoperative ABG changes in between the two groups (after induction, dissection phase, anhepatic phase, post reperfusion and after shifting)Timepoint: 48 hours
