Inclusion Criteria
Patients between 18 and 90 years with suspected sleep disordered breathing and polysomnographic investigation were included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with prevously diagnosed sleep disordered breathing, previous CPAP therapy use

Name Time Method The primary endpoints were various nocturnal blood pressure fluctuations (NBPFs) between the different groups and the effects of CPAP on NBPFs.

Name Time Method The secondary endpoints were the difference of nocturnal blood pressure (BP) and maximum blood pressure between the different groups and the effects of CPAP on BP after the first night of CPAP therapy.
