Inclusion Criteria

normal BMI, without underlying diseases, person who has the criteria of forward shoulder posture

Exclusion Criteria

person who has history of chronic neck or shoulder pain (with pain scale more than 3), has cardiopulmonary problems, and participate the exercise training program less than 24 times from a total of 40
