1.Adult patient (=18 years old) having histologically proven head and neck cancer and
diagnosed by Oncologist.
2.Head and Neck cancer patients receiving definitive chemoradiotherapy and adjuvant
chemoradiotherapy.
3.Head and Neck cancer patient in cancer Stage II to stage IVa according to AJCC
TNM classification.
4.Patients who have undergone minimum 6 cycles of chemoradiotherapy in 2 months.
5.Patient’s ability to understand and follow the test procedure.
1.Head and Neck cancer patients having consciousness disturbance (i.e., delirium) or being
unable to communicate.
2.Patients with known distant metastases.
3.Patients with visual impairment major neurological and musculoskeletal problems
limiting their test performance.
4.Patients with emotional disturbance.
