Inclusion Criteria
The study population consists of patients who are scheduled for abdominoplasty or panniculectomy, agree to participate in the study, are between 18 and 70 years of age and have been found to be suitable for donation according to the guidelines of the work instruction AA_PHW_0036 Determination of donor suitability for autologous fat transfer.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with an underlying malignant disease or an acute infection in the donor tissue are excluded.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Depending on the area of application of autologous fat transfer, the requirements for the required volume or the injection cannula, for example, vary greatly. Using 20 abdominal wall samples, the aim is to investigate which liposuction cannula is best suited for which application.
