Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All individuals aged 18 to 30 years having acute unilateral or bilateral (more severe side in case of bilateral) upper trapezitis, fascial restriction according to manual direction test and with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of 3\.5\-6\.4\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Cervical tumor
- •2\. Migraine
- •3\. Vestibular disorders
- •4\. Recent cervical surgery
- •5\. Radiculopathies, cervical spinal stenosis, cervical disc prolapse, etc.
- •6\. Ankylosing spondylitis
