1. Age- 20-65 years.
2. Non-specific low back pain.
3. Greater than 3 months duration of chronic low back pain and somatic symptoms.
4. Not actively undergoing any therapies.
5. Able to walk.
6. Able to understand the command.
7. Patients with mild to moderate somatic symptoms.
8. Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) score >3 for low back pain.
1. Vertebral fracture.
2. Vertebral joint dislocation.
3. Muscle tears or lacerations.
4. Spinal or vertebral joint ligament rupture.
5. Inflammation and pathology of intervertebral disc.
6. Spinal zygapophyseal facets joint involvement.
7. Sacroiliitis/sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
8. Ankylosing spondylitis.
9. Masses in or from the low back structures that are the source of the pain.
10. Severe osteoporosis.
11. Neurological involvement.
12. Subjects with debilitating disease.
13. Back pain and Somatic symptoms less than 3 months.
14. Any other definite cause of low back pain.
