Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children diagnosed with Spastic Cerebral Palsy
- •2\. Age 6 to 12 years
- •3\. Both genders
- •4\. GMFCS level I, II, III
- •5\. Able to sit without support for approximately 30 minutes.
- •6\. Able to close mouth (lips) around the mouthpiece of Spirometer and Micro RPM
- •7\. Able to understand and follow simple commands.
- •8\. FVC \< 80%, FEV1/FVC ratio \>/ 85% (Restrictive Pattern)
- •9\. Willing to participate in study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Any other neurological or genetic condition which delays overall development of the
- •2\. Any musculoskeletal conditions like fixed spinal deformities, chest deformities
- •(Pectus Excavatum).
- •3\. Any cardiac conditions like CHD.
- •4\. Any Respiratory Conditions like Asthma, Cystic fibrosis.
- •5\. Moderate to Severe Cognitive dysfunction.
- •6\. Children with cerebral Palsy having moderate to severe visual and auditory
- •impairments.
- •7\. Children with cerebral Palsy having status epilepticus or severe affection due to
- •epilepsy/ recent episodes of seizures/ frequent seizures.
