Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Consenting women above 18 years of age with breast cancer undergone breast cancer surgery followed by radiotherapy.
- •2\.Up to stage 1 lymphedema
- •3\.Pain following radiotherapy along with one or more of the following symptoms: heaviness, numbness, oppression, stiffness, alterations in the function, or mobility of the shoulder
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Women with muscle or tendon injuries in the ipsilateral arm and/or neck.
- •2\.Skin conditions (Local or generalized infection, eczema, psoariasis, etc) which will make myofascial release difficult.
- •3\.Circulatory pathologies (thrombus, embolus of upper limb, on anticoagulants).
- •4\.Surgical history in the ipsilateral shoulder, neck, or chest.
- •5\.Participating in another clinical trial that interferes with the primary and/or secondary outcome of this trial.
- •6\.Breast cancer partially treated elsewhere.
