Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Consenting women above 18 years of age with breast cancer undergone breast cancer surgery followed by radiotherapy.
  • 2\.Up to stage 1 lymphedema
  • 3\.Pain following radiotherapy along with one or more of the following symptoms: heaviness, numbness, oppression, stiffness, alterations in the function, or mobility of the shoulder

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Women with muscle or tendon injuries in the ipsilateral arm and/or neck.
  • 2\.Skin conditions (Local or generalized infection, eczema, psoariasis, etc) which will make myofascial release difficult.
  • 3\.Circulatory pathologies (thrombus, embolus of upper limb, on anticoagulants).
  • 4\.Surgical history in the ipsilateral shoulder, neck, or chest.
  • 5\.Participating in another clinical trial that interferes with the primary and/or secondary outcome of this trial.
  • 6\.Breast cancer partially treated elsewhere.
