•1.Consenting women above 18 years of age with breast cancer undergone breast cancer surgery followed by radiotherapy.
•2.Up to stage 1 lymphedema
•3.Pain following radiotherapy along with one or more of the following symptoms: heaviness, numbness, oppression, stiffness, alterations in the function, or mobility of the shoulder

•1.Women with muscle or tendon injuries in the ipsilateral arm and/or neck.
•2.Skin conditions (Local or generalized infection, eczema, psoariasis, etc) which will make myofascial release difficult.
•3.Circulatory pathologies (thrombus, embolus of upper limb, on anticoagulants).
•4.Surgical history in the ipsilateral shoulder, neck, or chest.
•5.Participating in another clinical trial that interferes with the primary and/or secondary outcome of this trial.
•6.Breast cancer partially treated elsewhere.
