Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants with more than 20 degrees of Hamstring
- •tightness on Active Knee Extension Test (AKET).
- •Grade 2 and 3 in Kellegren and Lawrence Scale.
- •Tibiofemoral compartment (Unilateral Knee Osteoarthritis)
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of lower limb surgeries (Past 6 months).
- •Other pathologies related to hip and knee\-septic arthritis.
- •Hypersensitive skin.
- •Recent lower limb fractures (Past 6 months)
- •Circulatory pathologies\- DVT, VARICOSE VEINS.
- •Patients who cannot go in prone lying.
- •Spinal surgeries.
- •Patient on medication.
- •Uncontrolled Diabetic mellitus.
- •Patients with Low Back Pain having OA of knee.
