Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Participants with more than 20 degrees of Hamstring
  • tightness on Active Knee Extension Test (AKET).
  • Grade 2 and 3 in Kellegren and Lawrence Scale.
  • Tibiofemoral compartment (Unilateral Knee Osteoarthritis)

Exclusion Criteria

  • History of lower limb surgeries (Past 6 months).
  • Other pathologies related to hip and knee-septic arthritis.
  • Hypersensitive skin.
  • Recent lower limb fractures (Past 6 months)
  • Circulatory pathologies- DVT, VARICOSE VEINS.
  • Patients who cannot go in prone lying.
  • Spinal surgeries.
  • Patient on medication.
  • Uncontrolled Diabetic mellitus.
  • Patients with Low Back Pain having OA of knee.
  • Subjects with previous history of ankle and foot impairment following fall/congenital
  • abnormality.
  • Neurological disorders.
  • History of recent fall
