The patient who cannot accept inspection. The pregnancy or the patient who may be pregnant. The patient with the previous hormone therapy. The patient cannot contact continuously. The patient is not gender identity disorders and have possibility of serious diseases to adversely affect with hormone therapy. The patient who performed a sex reassignment surgery or the planned patient who perform a sex reassignment surgery in a study. The patient who is excluded to hormone therapy in "the guidelines on diagnosis and treatment third edition about gender identity disorders."
