Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age at inclusion date of at least 15 years old
  • •2\. Diagnosed with CMML by a hematologist at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital during the study period January 2006 to December 2020\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.The inability of acquiring patient data
  • •2\.Patients with active other cancers
  • •3\.Patients with end\-stage of chronic diseases including advanced heart disease, renal disease, or liver disease
