Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects diagnosed with chronic low back pain ( \>12 weeks)
- •Age between 18\-45 years
- •Extension\- rotation syndrome and extension syndrome subjects
- •With respiratory muscle strength
- •PImax in males less than 55 cm H2O
- •PImax in females less than 32 cm H2O
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with history of cardiac and respiratory related conditions
- •Inflammatory pathology of the lumbar spine
- •Lumbar radiculopathy
- •Subjects who have recent spinal fracture or surgery
- •If they are current or past smokers or tobacco chewers
- •Have participated in a lumbar exercise program in the past 3 months
- •Having occupational industrial exposures
