Patients with a pacemaker or defibrillator implant indication (single-chamber, bicameral or resynchronizer) who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients presenting clinical conditions that prevent randomization to one of the access routes, namely: central venous thrombosis; patients with previously implanted leads.
