Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients requiring mandibular third molar extractions.
- •2\.Patients with good oral hygiene.
- •3\.Patients with ASA class I , ASA class II
- •4\.Patients with good compliance, who are willing to participate in the study and return for follow\-up.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Alveolar ridge associated with pathology
- •2\.Grossly decayed tooth
- •3\.RCT treated tooth
- •4\.Patients who have undergone radiation and chemotherapy within 12months
- •5\.Patients with poor oral hygiene
- •6\.Medically compromised patients
- •7\.Patients on immunosuppressantâ??s and corticosteroids
- •8\.Pregnant / lactating women
- •9\.Patients who are unable to provide informed consent
