Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients aged over 20
- •2\. patients requiring molar extraction
- •3\. extraction sockets presenting \> 50% of socket wall loss at least in one socket wall (in radiographic and clinical examination)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Untreated periodontal disease
- •2\. Uncontrolled systemic diseases
- •3\. Patients undergoing head and neck radiation
- •4\. Patients with systemic conditions and receiving medications affecting soft and hard tissue healing
- •5\. Patients with alcoholism and drug addiction
- •6\. Heavy smoking habit (\= 10 cigarettes per day)
- •7\. Pregnant patients
