Inclusion Criteria
1.Women undergoing obstetrics and gynecological surgeries under spinal and general anesthesia.
2.Women with moderate to severe pre-interventional anxiety.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Women with mild anxiety
2.Women practicing alternate relaxation therapies
3.Women on regular anxiolytic drugs.
