The research follows a cross-sectional study design to establish normative values and assess the test-retest reliability of neck strength, endurance, and proprioception tests in collegiate students. A sample of 200 participants, aged 18–25 years, will be recruited from universities in and around Delhi NCR using a convenience sampling method. The study will take place at the Rehabilitation Centre, Department of Physiotherapy, Jamia Hamdard, over a three-month period. Participants will undergo two testing sessions, spaced six hours apart, where measurements of neck strength, endurance, and proprioception will be recorded. Standardized assessment tools, including the Neck Flexor Endurance Test, Cranio-Cervical Flexion Test, and Joint Position Error Test, will be used. Data will be collected manually, and statistical analysis will be performed to establish normative scores and evaluate the reliability of these measures. Ethical considerations include informed consent, confidentiality, and the voluntary nature of participation.

- •1.Both female and male subjects aged between 18 – 25 years 2.Subjects pursuing regular course in a university or college in and around Delhi NCR 3.Subjects willing to participate and sign Informed Consent.
- •4.Subjects who can comprehend the vernacular language such as English & Hindi.
排除标准
- •1.Subjects with a recent episode of concussion/ traumatic brain injury.
- •2.Subjects with a diagnosed cervical radiculopathy or any nerve root involvement.
- •3.Subjects with a history of osteoporosis 4.Subjects having undergone neck surgery during the past twelve months.
- •5.Subjects with uncontrolled diabetes with and without peripheral neuropathy.
- •6.Subjects with diagnosed vestibular, balance impairments.
- •7.Recent history of injury or trauma to the upper limb.
- •8.Subjects having any drug abuse.
