Inclusion Criteria
Patients experienced stroke for the first time
Age: Between 20 and 65 years
Brunnstrom recovery stage (BRS) = 2 for the upper extremity
Exclusion Criteria
Complex regional pain syndrome
Subluxed shoulder16
Unilateral neglect
Contractures or deformities of the upper limb16
MMSE < 2416
Patients with other neurological/musculoskeletal conditions affecting upper limb function.
Patients with recent fractures of upper limb (within 6 months).
