Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients experienced stroke for the first time
  • •Age: Between 20 and 65 years
  • •Brunnstrom recovery stage (BRS) \= 2 for the upper extremity

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Complex regional pain syndrome
  • •Subluxed shoulder16
  • •Unilateral neglect
  • •Contractures or deformities of the upper limb16
  • •MMSE \< 2416
  • •Patients with other neurological/musculoskeletal conditions affecting upper limb function.
  • •Patients with recent fractures of upper limb (within 6 months).
