1. Children aged from 1-5 years of either sex
2. Children having history of recurrent respiratory infections
3. Children with recurrent G.I.T. diseases
4. Children with a recurrent fever
5. Children with recurrent episodes of diarrhoea.
1. Children suffering from major systemic illness.
2. Children diagnosed with malignancy
3. Children with altered Liver functions, Renal functions.
4. Children associated with Co-morbidity.
5. Children with Congenital anomalies and hereditary disease.
6. Children with H/O of hypersensitivity to any of the trial drug or any of its ingredients.
7. Subjects who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six months.
