Inclusion Criteria
1. Children of age group of 1 to 5 years of either sex will be selected.
2. Children having recurrent episodes of recurrent URTI will be selected.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Children having age less than 01 yrs and more than 5 years will be excluded.
2. Children having congenital anomalies, chronic pulmonary disease like pulmonary tuberculosis, chronic lung disease, in error of metabolism, chronic hematological disorders and chronic gastro intestinal disorders etc will be excluded.
