Children of both genders ASA I-II between 2- 12 years of age, scheduled for elective infraumblical surgical procedures- genitourinary, limb surgeries and whose parents consent for the study will be included.
Parent Unwillingness.
Weight >30 Kgs.
History of allergy to local anaesthetics.
History of bleeding diathesis.
Preexisting neurological condition or spinal disease or deformity.
Cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic, renal or any other systemic disease.
Localised skin infection at the site of caudal blockade.
