Inclusion Criteria
Patients 60 years or older (age groups 60+, 70+ and 80+)
Diagnosed cancer
outpatient treatment in radiotherapy
Exclusion Criteria
severe dementia; acute psychiatric illness e.g. psychosis; insufficient knowledge of German, which precludes understanding the exercise instructions or completing the questionnaires; medical contraindications for physical activity such as bone metastases at risk of fracture; life expectancy less than 6 months (high palliative); diagnosed severe heart failure NYHA- stage IV

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Main goal: Physical Activity Score for Elderly (PASE) T0 and T1 (after 12 Weeks). <br><br>Feasibility and acceptance of the intervention are assessed via semi-structured interviews at T1 including feedback, motivation to engage in physical activity and healthy nutrition, barriers and facilitators influencing the execution of the recommendations. <br>Potential Benefits: In T1 all baseline assessments are repeated. <br>In addition, 4 weeks after T1, the patients will be sent a questionnaire about their current physical activities and nutrition habits, their concrete plans to continue being physical active and to eat healthy, and a questionnaire about their health- related quality of life (EORTC QLQ- C30). <br>
