入选标准
- •All patients who have received a tympanoplasty type II, III or IV at the Department of Oto- Rhino- Laryngology at the University of Freiburg in the period 2012 to 2019 will be included.
排除标准
- •Excluded are patients with operations on the respective ear that took place before 2012 or outside the university hospital.
- •In addition, the surgical indications meningo- and encephalocele, paraganglioma of the tympanic cavity, meningitis with focus at the ear and tympanoplasty as a preparation to a cochlear implant are excluded, as these underlying diseases would falsify an objective comparison of the hearing results.
