Inclusion Criteria
Patients with history of ear discharge diagnosed with chronic suppurative otitis media requiring canal wall down mastoidectomy with type III tympanoplasty, patients with intact stapes footplate
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with pure sensorineural deafness, ear malignancy, revision surgery, congenital ear disease, unfit for surgery.
