Overview
Brief Summary
In the remote exercise sessions, both boys and girls exhibited an increase in step count in the second session compared to the first. Conversely, during free play sessions, although there was some variability, girls did not show significant differences in step counts over the two days when compared to the remote exercise sessions. Additionally, individual observations indicated that both boys and girls who took fewer steps during free play tended to increase their step counts during remote exercise.
