Inclusion Criteria

1.All OPD and IPD patients with nail psoriasis above the age of 18yrs.

Exclusion Criteria

1.patients on systemic therapy for psoriasis

2.patients having pacemaker, metal orthopedic implants ,cardiac arrhythmias, hypersensitivity to methotrexate and tazarotene

3.pregnancy and lactating females.

4.patients with hematological or hepatic disorders.
