Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient admitted for femur fracture surgery under spinal anaesthesia.
2. Patients aged between eighteen- sixty five years .
3. ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) grade I and II.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with any contraindication to regional anesthesia.
2. Patients with a history of anaphylaxis to local anaesthetics and allergy to the study drugs.
3. Pregnant or lactating patients.
4. Patients with history of chronic pain or chronic opioid intake.
5. Body mass index (BMI) more then thirty five kg per meter square
