Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •SUI confirmed by one hour pad test
- •Age 18 years old and more
- •not pregnant or postpartum period
- •Pelvic organ prolapse less than stage II by POP\-Q examination
- •no history of chronic diseases, such as kidney disease or neurological disease
- •be able to communicate in Thai and use mobile application
Exclusion Criteria
- •Inability to hold or contract the pelvic floor muscles
- •The research participant withdrew from the research participation
